Steve is the Co-Founder and CEO of QuickLets and Zanzi Homes, the QLZH Group, founded in December 2013, when QuickLets was just a one-man show with the support of two part time co-founders. One rental after the other, Steve’s confidence in the Maltese Property Market grew, and invested the profits back into the business it is today. Three years later, after a chance sale, Steve also founded Zanzi Homes. Both brands together today operate from thirty-eight offices with an awesome team of over six hundred.
Steve’s enthusiasm with new technologies and the way it may help disrupt the property market, has helped the company grow rapidly over the years. Steve had an idea for a coupon program, which then grew into the Virtual Agent Concept, a first for the Maltese and probably the international real estate industry.
He believes strongly in offering a company culture that attracts like-minded and “like-hearted” people which in turn will develop each person in the best version of themselves. This has proven to be a correct foresight and is attributed to another major element of the QLZH Group’s success.
