Delivering Clean Water and New Beginnings in Guatemala

At Zanzi Homes, we know that the foundation of a thriving community lies in access to essentials such as clean water and safe living conditions. We’re proud to highlight the remarkable work of the QLZH Foundation, which has made a significant impact in Santo Tomas de Castilla, Guatemala, by donating €1,000 to Guatemalta for the provision of clean water filters.

Santo Tomas is a densely populated area where many families struggle with the lack of basic resources. In rural villages, the Q’eqchis Mayan community faces extreme poverty, with families relying on farming for survival and living in homes without adequate sanitation or access to safe drinking water.

The QLZH Foundation’s contribution has enabled the distribution of much-needed water filters, improving health outcomes, reducing medical expenses, and providing families with a stronger foundation for the future. This initiative highlights the importance of sustainable solutions in fostering long-term positive change.
