James is a multifaceted professional with experience in tourism, conference organization, and real estate. After graduating in Hospitality Administration from Malta's Institute of Tourism Studies and New Hampshire College in the US in 1995, James joined his family's business Globalair Travel as Services Director. He played a key role in creating Malta's first fully independent online travel agency and organised several large-scale conferences and events between 1997 and 2018.
